I have been the Co-Owner of Merry Maids since 2021, and I truly love what I do and the people I get to work with every day. Yes, even the part where I work alongside my wife, haha!
I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of such an amazing company and to work with a team that feels like family. One of the greatest blessings of this career is the flexibility it gives me to be present for what matters most. Whether it's cheering from the sidelines at my children's games or spending quality time with my family, I'm grateful that I never have to miss those important moments.
As a proud husband and father of two, family is at the center of everything I do. I bring that same dedication, care, and commitment to serving our customers and supporting our team every day.

I’m Leslie!
I’ve been with Merry Maids for 27 years, and it has truly become such an important part of my life. I love spending time with my five grandchildren, travelling with my husband, and of course growing and building the Merry Maids business. I take so much pride in the work we do here and in the relationships, we’ve built along the way. I’m incredibly proud of all the team members who stand beside me and help make everything we do possible every single day. Working together as a team and seeing the passion everyone brings is what makes Merry Maids feel so special.

Tara's journey with Merry Maids began in 2012. Since then, she has had the opportunity to work in nearly every role within the company—from cleaner to inspector—and now proudly serves as General Manager. Having experienced the business from many different perspectives, Tara understands what it takes to deliver exceptional service and support a strong team.

A proud mom of three busy boys, basketball is a big part of Tara's family life. Between rep basketball and her husband's demanding schedule, life is always on the go. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active in the gym, travelling, and making the most of the warmer months by spending time in the yard and tending to her garden. Having a busy family of her own, Tara understands how valuable time is. That's why she is passionate about helping clients take cleaning off their to-do lists so they can spend more time doing the things they love. Her hands-on experience, leadership, and dedication to customer satisfaction help ensure every client receives the exceptional service Merry Maids is known for.

I have been the Co-Owner of Merry Maids since 2016 and am proud to be the daughter of Leslie, who helped build the foundation of this amazing company. I absolutely love being part of the Merry Maids family. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is working alongside my family while also building lasting relationships with our team members and clients that truly feel like family.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Austin, who is also a Co-Owner of Merry Maids, and our two wonderful children. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I am grateful to bring that same sense of care and commitment to our customers every day. ✨
